At Ambrozia, each order is prepared with care and intention. Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your fragrance will arrive.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to monitor your delivery status in real time.


Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. While we strive to deliver promptly, delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen events may occasionally occur.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Ambrozia is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.ambroziafragrances@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.


International Shipping

At the moment, we only ship within Pakistan. We’re working on expanding soon — stay tuned.
