Return & Refund Policy

At Ambrozia, every fragrance is crafted with deep intention and care. However, if for any reason your experience is anything less than perfect, we’re here to make it right.

 

Returns:

Due to the personal nature of fragrance and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfume bottles.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is in its original, sealed packaging
  • The item is in resalable condition
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided


To initiate a return, please email us at info.ambroziafragrances@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

In rare cases of damaged or incorrect items received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Used or opened perfume bottles
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items or promotional sets
